Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline – Electrical, Computer, Computer Science or related field of study
• or related professional level career experience
• 3+ years experience using Microsoft Office products to generate status reports, project plans, and work instructions
• 3+ years experience writing, editing and supporting existing software code base using LabVIEW and MATLAB
• Candidate must be able to obtain a secret security clearance and must be able to obtain at least an interim secret clearance prior to start, therefore you must be a US Citizen

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is one of four Lockheed Martin business areas. We are experiencing growth and we are looking for a System Integration and Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin's Chelmsford, MA facility.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting the design, development, and testing of complex digital, RF, and/or microwave custom automated test equipment (ATE) systems
• Collaborating with engineering teams, program management teams, and production floor teams to ensure alignment and successful test equipment development
• Troubleshooting and debugging existing test equipment and developing new equipment
• Analyzing and resolving problems, and managing and prioritizing your own workload
• Generating status reports, project plans, and work instructions using Microsoft Office products
• Writing, editing, and supporting existing software code base (LabVIEW or C)
• Working effectively in a team environment, communicating complex ideas clearly, and having excellent problem-solving skills

• Proficiency researching and specifying components for test equipment design
• Proficiency troubleshooting measurement issues and isolating problems down to the test instrument, fixturing, software level or unit under test
• Proficiency generating assembly and block diagram sketches, parts lists and other types of engineering documentation
• Proficiency in Corrective/Preventative action process and implementation
• Proficiency deriving test requirements from design or system level requirements
