System Integration / Test Engineer Sr. - Chelmsford, MA

Our beautiful Chelmsford site is growing and we are looking for a Systems Integration & Test Engineer to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and testing of complex systems.
- Ensure the production of reliable products that meet customer requirements.
- Architect new test stands, design test solutions, and develop algorithms and techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline – Electrical, Computer, Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent professional level career experience and 3+ years of experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products to generate status reports, project plans, work instructions, etc.
- Prior experience with project execution, technical leadership, and product/test equipment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be able to obtain a secret security clearance and must be able to obtain at least an interim secret clearance prior to start, therefore you must be a US Citizen.
Skills
- Active Secret Clearance.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional level career experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with electrical parameter measurements typically required for components and subassemblies.
- Proficiency with Radio Frequency or Microwave systems and subsystems.
- Proficiency in developing complex test programs with NI LabVIEW and/or Test Stand development environments.
- Proficiency researching and specifying components for test equipment design.
- Proficiency troubleshooting measurement issues and isolating problems down to the test instrument, fixturing, software level or unit under test.
- Proficiency generating assembly and block diagram sketches, parts lists and other types of engineering documentation.
- Proficiency in Corrective/Preventative action process and implementation.
- Proficiency deriving test requirements from design or system level requirements.
- Proficiency reading, understanding and writing change orders to; assembly drawings and parts lists for test equipment and systems.
- Experience preparing charts and giving presentations outlining technical issues, solutions or trade studies.
