Systems Integration Specialist

About the role
We are seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves developing and maintaining full-stack web applications, optimizing database performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using SQL Server, .NET, Angular, and REST APIs.
- Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
- Enhance application performance through query tuning and indexing strategies.
- Build responsive frontend components and integrate them with backend services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver business requirements.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support activities.
- Participate in CI/CD deployment processes and application releases.
- Create technical documentation and maintain coding standards across projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, and web services.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance .NET application architectures, including microservices, RESTful APIs, cloud-based solutions, and application modernization initiatives.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to gather requirements, prepare technical estimates, contribute to proposals, and support application enhancement initiatives.
- Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC/Core, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server, JavaScript, Angular/React, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), code reviews, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application issues, optimize performance, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay
The starting hourly range for this remote role is $55.15/hour to $64/hour. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
