Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Change Management (Build It in 2 Weeks)
- Build the change management process from scratch
- Coordinate with Operations on cross-team change visibility
- Run the change advisory process day-to-day
- Build the change freeze calendar
- Incident Management
- Build the incident management process
- Integrate incident management with the existing Operations PagerDuty setup
- Handoff to Business Ops the incident process on-call rotation
- Build the known-error database
- PagerDuty, CMDB & Documentation
- Onboard team to PagerDuty on-call schedules
- Administer the CMDB for SI-governed assets
- Write the 5 core SOPs required
- ITIL practitioner, IT service management engineer, or operations engineer experience
- Hands-on ServiceNow or Jira Service Management at admin/configuration level
- PagerDuty administration experience
- Datacenter or infrastructure operational context strongly preferred
- Fast, pragmatic delivery track record over perfect design
- ITIL 4 Foundation or higher required; ITIL Practitioner or equivalent preferred
- Change management process live and in active use within 14 days of hire
- Setup team on-call in PagerDuty
- Incident management process running
- A change management process can be shown to customers for review
- 5 core SOPs written and accessible

Pay & Benefits
Salary Range: $150,000 - $220,000 USD
Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.
