Systems Integration Engineer

Solution Delivery

Design, develop, and support enterprise system integrations that align with business and technology objectives.

Technical Collaboration

Partner with business analysts, architects, project teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Integration Development

• Build and maintain data mappings, workflows, APIs, ETL processes, and system interfaces across cloud and on-premise platforms.

Operational Excellence

Troubleshoot integration issues, resolve production incidents, and implement monitoring, logging, and reporting capabilities.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to modernize legacy integrations, improve processes, and leverage automation and AI-assisted tools.

Technical Leadership

• Develop documentation, establish integration standards and best practices, and mentor team members as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related technologies.
• Strong experience with APIs, data mapping, ETL solutions, SQL/PLSQL, cloud platforms, and modern integration architectures.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integrations, analyze root causes, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for automation, innovation, and emerging technologies.

Education & Industry Experience

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to medium-to-large organizations in manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries.
