About the role

As part of Lockheed Martin's Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business, you will join the System Integration and Test (SI&T) department. You will contribute to high-level system design, test planning, and execution for key customers including the US Navy, US Coast Guard, US Missile Defense Agency, US Air Force, and international clients. Responsibilities may include:

• System-level integration of software and hardware components to verify requirements in lab and end-user environments
• Data analysis to evaluate, document, troubleshoot, and correct system/subsystem anomalies during scenario testing
• Developing test procedures and reports to verify requirements
• Collaborating with government customers and representatives on the above tasks

Requirements

• BS Degree in Engineering or STEM field with a minimum of 4-5 years' professional experience OR minimum of 4 years' military-related experience in lieu of a degree
• Flexibility to work non-standard shifts as required by the supported program
• Availability for domestic and/or international travel as required by the program
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at the SECRET level (U.S. citizenship required)

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of Navy ship and crew environments, including structure, tasking, communications, and relations
• Understanding of Navy ship test approach, sequence, milestones, and process
• Knowledge of the Aegis Combat System
• Working knowledge of Unix and/or Linux operating systems
• Experience with design, continuous integration, and validation of software and hardware system-level components
• Understanding of government contracts
• Experience with technical processes for testing complex software systems

Pay

The base range for this position in New Jersey is $75,000 - $135,961.

Schedule

• Non-standard 40-hour work week as assigned by leadership
• Onsite full-time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility in Moorestown, NJ
