Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance (with the ability to acquire and maintain a TS level clearance)
• 5+ Years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline
• Recent experience in one or more of the following areas: requirements development, validation and test, data analysis, performance analysis, or physics/mathematics-based algorithm development
• Experience reading and understanding C++, Java, Python, and/or Ada programming languages
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical personnel
• Professional experience in Ballistic Missile Defense, midcourse missile defense, battle management, threat state processing, weapon target assignment
• Professional experience developing analysis tools in MATLAB and Python
• High Comfort level using the Atlassian toolset (Jira/Confluence)
