Systems Engineering Manager

Deputy Chief Engineer responsible for supporting the Chief Engineer in leading complex defense and security manufacturing programs. Key focus includes shaping technical strategy, system architectures, and engineering standards across air, land, naval, and cyber-related products. Key Responsibilities Oversee multidisciplinary design, integration, and verification activities.Resolve critical technical issues and guide technical decision-making.Manage technical risks and ensure sound engineering governance.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and defense regulations.Mentor engineers, promote innovation, and strengthen engineering practices.Collaborate with global teams to deliver reliable, mission-critical solutions. Qualifications & skills: Strong engineering leadership, architecture and standards development, system integration/verification expertise, risk and issue management, regulatory compliance knowledge, and the ability to mentor and coordinate multidisciplinary, international teams.
