Systems Engineering Manager

About the Role

Lead radar systems engineering teams within the Maritime & Missile Defense Radar (MMDR) department. Manage one or more functional domains: radar algorithm design, modeling & simulation, or system integration. Ensure appropriate engineering processes, technical personnel, and design tools are applied. Staffing responsibilities including recruitment and selection of engineering talent. Drive technical and organizational strategy, foster employee growth, and ensure program execution.

What You'll Need

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent
• Experience in system integration & test, system analysis, trade studies, requirements development, design, modeling and simulation, or performance assessment
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams, including task planning and budget management
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues and challenges
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
