Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers responsible for hardware, software engineering, and network-level commissioning for various projects.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and uphold the highest ethical standards while implementing innovative practices to deliver cost-effective and customer-centered engineering solutions.
- Effectively manage and prioritize the workload of the Systems Engineering Team, ensuring progress and timely completion of engineering deliverables while maintaining high accountability for outcomes.
- Develop and communicate clear processes and standards for the team, focusing on removing obstacles and facilitating streamlined workflows.
- Provide precise engineering cost estimates during the project development phase.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving to enhance processes, tools, and technologies, ensuring cutting-edge solutions are delivered.
- Offer advanced technical support for application challenges, leveraging your expertise in application engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to foster trust and diverse insights, ensuring cohesive project execution.
- Lead the selection of controllers and devices to optimize installation costs and meet project specifications.
- Utilize financial and management reports to evaluate project success and make informed decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, enhancing project development and execution.
- Maintain engineering excellence by maximizing reuse of proven designs and adhering to high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least eight years of experience, ideally in HVAC and control programming.
- Proven leadership experience in supervising technical or engineering teams.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and cost management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in presenting technical information.

Pay
Hiring Salary Range: $91,200 - $130,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
