Systems Engineering Intern (Clifton, NJ)

Responsibilities

• Perform operational analysis and develop concept of operations, design and implementation plans
• Develop test plans, procedures & cases
• Conduct tests and document results
• Use software tools, scripting and software/hardware troubleshooting
• Analyze systems requirements from end systems and users
• Support development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures
• Develop and deliver presentations to communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external customers

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or related field at an accredited university

Skills

• Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration and/or project management, and/or model-based systems engineering
• Familiar with Rhapsody

Pay

Salary range for this role in New Jersey: $25.50 – $32.50 per hour. Final offer amount may vary based on experience and geographic location.

Schedule

9/80 schedule: employees work 9 out of every 14 days (totaling 80 hours) and have every other Friday off.
