Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration and management of IT systems
- Ensure system integrity and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT configuration and management
- Experience with system configuration tools and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Experience with cloud computing platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
