Responsibilities

• Experience analyzing system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures
• Support the development of Sponsor test and evaluation documentation, such as Test and Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test and Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports
• Provide specialized T&E capabilities and integration tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance areas

Requirements

• Entry-Level/Developmental: High School Diploma + 6 years of experience
• Associates Degree + 4 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree + 2 years of experience
• Masters Degree + 0 years of experience
• Full Performance/Journeyman: High School Diploma + 8 years of experience
• Associates Degree + 6 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of experience
• Masters Degree + 2 years of experience
• Senior High School Diploma + 10 years of experience
• Associates Degree + 8 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree + 6 years of experience
• Masters Degree + 4 years of experience
• PhD + 2 years of experience
• Expert/Master: High School Diploma + 12 years of experience
• Associates Degree + 10 years of experience

Qualifications

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $53,000 to $270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
