Company Culture
We thrive in a welcoming culture within an utterly flat organization focused on our associates' personal and professional goals and aspirations, taking pride in the resulting exceedingly low associate turnover rate. Our first hire over a dozen years ago is still with us. The company's Managing Member served 21 years on active duty in the U.S. Navy before co-founding Boarhog and has always been actively engaged in the day-to-day operations, client relations, and growth objectives, and also periodically performs direct on government and commercial contracts.
