Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related STEM degree
- Proficient in the full systems engineering lifecycle
- Experience in development of detailed System Design
- Experience authoring program documentation
- Experience in development of System Requirements including writing requirements, requirements verification, and allocation to subsystems
- Experience or familiarity with the principles and operations of RF systems
- Experience working in a cross-domain team

Lockheed Martin Skunk Works is seeking a systems engineer in support of Mission System Roadmaps. In this role, you will utilize systems engineering tools and methodologies to integrate complex architectures, hardware and software, to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into RF solutions. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of requirements management, systems engineering applications and design, and RF systems to capture model-based designs and facilitate lifecycle management.
Desired Skills
- Experience with laboratory, field, and flight test of Electronic Warfare systems
- Familiarity with Cameo and its use in developing model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models including Use Cases, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams
- Familiarity with agile methodology and processes
- Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA
- Ability to identify risks, opportunities and develop mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and software pipeline methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Understanding of LM system engineering processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong Interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams
