Job Description

You will be the Systems Engineer Staff - Level 4 for the Advanced Development Program (ADP) Skunk Works which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge aerospace solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Systems Engineer Staff (ADP Skunk Works) - Level 4 you will be responsible for providing end‑to‑end systems engineering support across the ADP product line, driving technical trade studies, and managing control accounts.

  • Providing systems‑engineering support including requirements tracking, risk management, architecture evaluation, and airworthiness.
  • Carrying out technical trade studies and ensuring requirements are formulated, decomposed, flowed‑down, and traced.
  • Collaborating with senior engineers, suppliers, and users to integrate technical solutions and generate verification‑validation plans.
  • Managing scope, schedule, and budget for assigned Control Accounts, acting as liaison between subcontract managers, finance, and program management.
  • Serving as the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) point of contact, providing direction and oversight for the accounts you manage.
