We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. We need to parse the job description. Key sections: - About the role: description of role, location, hiring event, etc. Could be "About the role" includes: This opening is for candidates interested in interviewing at September 2026 Electronic Warfare Engineering Hiring Event. Position located at Totowa, New Jersey. If background matches, we will reach out. If selected, specific opportunities based on interests and skill set will be discussed. For non-local, virtual interviews accommodated. Also mission statement, description of Electronic Combat Solutions team, etc. Might be considered "About the role" or maybe "About BAE Systems". But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. Responsibilities: list of duties from "Job Responsibilities" bullet points. Requirements: maybe "Required Education, Experience, & Skills" includes required skills and education. Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills" could be qualifications? But we have separate Skills heading. Could treat "Required Skills and Education" as Requirements, and "Preferred Skills and Education" as Qualifications or Skills? Actually we have both Requirements and Qualifications and Skills headings. We need to map content appropriately. We could put: - Requirements: Required Education, Experience, & Skills (the list of required skills/education). - Qualifications: Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills (the preferred list). - Skills: maybe combine both? But we already used them. Could instead put Skills as a separate section summarizing technical skills (MATLAB/Python etc). But we have required and preferred already covering skills. Might be redundant. However instructions: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine required and preferred into Requirements and Qualifications, and maybe omit Skills if not needed. But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content for it. The posting does have content for Skills (they list required skills and preferred skills). Could put them under Skills heading, and Requirements could be education/experience, Qualifications could be clearances etc. Let's think. Better: Use: - About the role: narrative about role, location, hiring event, mission, etc. - Responsibilities: bullet list from Job Responsibilities. - Requirements: Required Education, Experience, & Skills (including education, years experience, required skills, clearance, etc.) - Qualifications: Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills (preferred skills, clearances, etc.) - Benefits: Employee Benefits paragraph. - Pay: Pay Information salary range. - Schedule: With a 9/80 schedule, every other Friday off. We can omit Skills section because we already covered skills in Requirements/Qualifications. But we could still include Skills if we want, but risk duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So better to omit Skills. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check each for substantive content. About the role: need to include details: hiring event, location Totowa NJ, virtual interviews, mission statement, description of Electronic Combat Solutions team, building technology that matters, etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent. We'll summarize but not omit details. Must not repeat job title. We'll write a few paragraphs. Responsibilities: bullet list from "Job Responsibilities". We'll copy each line as
  • . Requirements: list from "Required Skills and Education". We'll include bullet points. Qualifications: list from "Preferred Skills and Education". We'll include bullet points. Benefits: paragraph from "Employee Benefits:" including health, dental, vision, HSA, 401k, disability, life accident, employee assistance, legal plan, perks, leave programs, recognition program. Pay: salary range paragraph. Schedule: mention 9/80 schedule, every other Friday off, flexible work environment. We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove lines like "This position will be posted for at least 5 calendar days..." etc. That's boilerplate? It's about posting duration; maybe consider not essential but could be considered metadata. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. This line about posting duration is minor metadata; we can drop it. Also "If your background and skill set match our hiring needs, we will reach out with next steps." That's part of about role; keep. We need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. There's repetition of "With a 9/80 schedule, and every other Friday off, our flexible work environment provides you with a chance to change the world without giving up your personal life." appears twice; we should include only once, maybe in Schedule section. Also "Sound like a team you want to be a part of? Come join a growing dynamic group of engineers and help us push boundaries! #ECSSE" is maybe a call to action; could be considered application instruction? It's more like marketing; but we can keep in About the role? It's not essential but could be kept. However it's not boilerplate; it's a closing encouragement. Might keep. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:
