Responsibilities

• Analyze mission and product requirements to design and document system solutions using engineering principles and technical design tools (e.g., models, diagrams, specifications).
• Evaluate complex problems by reviewing related information, comparing alternative approaches, and selecting options based on cost/benefit and operational impact.
• Assess how changes in conditions, operations, and environments affect system outcomes; apply deductive reasoning and structured pattern/sequence analysis to develop sound recommendations and support implementation of effective solutions.

Requirements

• Education: BA/BS or equivalent (Senior level) or higher (Senior Principal level).
• Experience: 5+ years (Senior) or 10+ years (Senior Principal) in Systems Engineering.
• Skills: Requirements Management, Systems Design Engineering, Systems Development.
• Certifications: None required.
• Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph (must currently possess and be able to obtain).
• US Citizenship required.

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 – $150,385. Compensation will be set based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements and may fall outside this range.

• Weekly Hours: 40
• Travel: Less than 10% required
• Telecommuting: Onsite work only
