Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM discipline.
• (Preferred): Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering.
• Proficient in the full systems engineering lifecycle.
• Experience with system analysis, requirements decomposition, and/or requirements management (DOORS) and/or Cameo.

You will be a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) supporting the Advanced Development Program (ADP) Line of Business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing systems engineering support across multiple projects, ensuring solutions meet stakeholder needs and project objectives.
• Serving as a key resource to other engineering disciplines to help facilitate efficient and effective adoption of MBSE principles and practices.
• Generating, analyzing, and managing customer and stakeholder requirements to inform system design and development.
• Creating procedures for system verification to ensure designs meet operational needs.
• Participating actively in an agile development environment.
