Qualifications
- 14+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator on contracts and programs of similar scope
- Experience installing, configuring, and supporting a wide array of COTS/GOTS software, packages, and libraries in a mostly Linux environment with some Windows
- Experience with maintaining security posture for the SSP, including mitigating IAVAs, managing POAMs, and navigating customer STE/STN compliance tools
- Experience managing virtualized environments using VMware ESXi and overseeing the configuration of various storage components
- Experience with hands-on management of Cisco Nexus switches and Cisco Firepower firewalls, including VPN configuration and enclave isolation
- Experience with modernizing operations by primarily using Ansible for configuration management and deployment
- Experience performing the sanitization of hardware, firmware, and software removed from the environment in strict accordance with customer policies
- Experience with issue resolution through hands-on troubleshooting, and discrepancy tracking, using Jira and Confluence
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline or 18 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Nice if you have experience with automation tools and scripting languages including Python
- Knowledge of customer SSP accreditation processes and the lifecycle of security
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $81.74 to $96.16 per hour.
