About the role
In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to deliver unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities and enhance mission survivability. ACES is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer skilled in Integration & Test (I&T) / Verification & Validation (V&V) to lead the planning and execution of I&T activities for the next generation of EW solutions.
The successful candidate will have a well-rounded Systems Engineering background with a focus on RF/EW products to provide direct program support, manage employee performance, set goals, and provide regular feedback to ensure team members meet expectations.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and on-site work requirements, this role will be performed full-time on-site at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of Integration & Test (I&T) activities for advanced electronic warfare solutions.
- Manage employee performance, set goals, and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Document, communicate, and lead team efforts on designs, results, reports, and presentations.
Requirements
- BS degree in a STEM field with 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Active Secret security clearance (with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance).
- Expertise in RF test methods, systems, and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (requirements analysis/decomposition, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test).
- Proficiency with test equipment including RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multimeters.
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
- Field or flight test experience.
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $132,962 – $226,035. Individual salaries are determined by factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
