Systems Engineer-IT / Level 2

About the role

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IT solutions based on customer needs and technical specifications.
• Perform Level 2 support tasks including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new systems and optimize existing ones.
• Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Document processes and procedures for ongoing reference and training purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a Level 2 support role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems, network protocols, and common IT tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
