About the role

The Systems Engineer designs, models, simulates, tests, and optimizes advanced defense systems throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities include defining and managing system architectures, interfaces, and requirements using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools like SysML, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring design traceability and integration. The role also involves developing system models to track performance attributes and support design consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Active Secret security clearance (with the ability to obtain Top Secret)
• U.S. Citizenship (required for security clearance)
• Practical engineering knowledge

Preferred Skills

• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORs, Cameo)
• Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., INCOSE)
• Background in aerospace and defense
