Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead technical resource for complex implementations, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernization projects.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical oversight for customer environments.
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, capacity planning, and deployment strategies.
- Mentor Systems Engineers I and II through knowledge transfer, coaching, and technical leadership.
- Design, deploy, configure, and support IGT gaming systems and supporting infrastructure.
- Lead enterprise-class installations across multiple properties and jurisdictions.
- Execute complex upgrades, migrations, consolidations, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Ensure deployments meet performance, security, availability, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide advanced administration and troubleshooting for Microsoft Windows Server, Linux-based platforms, Microsoft SQL Server, VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV, SAN, NAS, and distributed storage platforms.
