Position Summary/Job Description
Seeking a self-motivated IT Engineer with extensive experience in managing diverse hardware types, platforms, and management tools within a large retail enterprise. Supports enterprise printing and endpoint infrastructure across retail and supply chain environments. Responsible for engineering, support, modernization, and lifecycle management of Lexmark and Zebra printer platforms, including firmware management, monitoring, automation, troubleshooting, and operational readiness. Partners with infrastructure, deployment, support, and vendor teams to improve device reliability, standardization, and supportability.
Skills Overview
- Proficient in PowerShell and Microsoft OS
- Experience with Printing, desktop support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Able to work independently as well as with a large team, as required
- Able to communicate effectively - written and verbally, as required
