We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions, supplemental questions, etc. Must preserve all substantive information. We need to parse the job posting. Let's extract content: Job Responsibilities section: The Agency's mission... This is position is located in Bureau of IT Infrastructure & Operations, Richland County. This is an in-office role and not a telecommute or remote position. Are you the One? We are looking for a Systems Engineer II who, under minimal supervision, is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure and systems technologies. The Systems Engineer II ensures platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational and security requirements. Responsibilities include managing system configurations, automation, patching, deployment solutions, monitoring, and performance optimization across virtual and physical environments. The role serves as a technical resource for both project-based and operational efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and end users. The incumbent will be a subject matter expert in their domain, which may include System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), and is expected to mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic infrastructure initiatives. Leads the configuration, deployment, and daily operations of the System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) / MECM and Microsoft Intune environments. Manages operating system deployment (OSD), application deployments, patching cycles, configuration baselines, endpoint compliance, and asset intelligence. Supports hybrid co-management with Intune, enabling modern endpoint provisioning, monitoring, and security. Collaborate with security and identity teams to apply conditional access policies and Zero Trust frameworks. Review vulnerability reports to identify threats to Windows endpoints. Prioritize and plan patch deployment based on severity and business impact. Coordinate remediation with stakeholders. Ensure application of patches aligns with scan findings. Maintain audit-ready documentation of patch status and exceptions. Collaborate with the security team for feedback and continual improvement. Serves as the escalation point for SCCM / MECM and server-related incidents, including patching failures, deployment issues, and virtualization faults. Utilize VROPs and other tools to proactively monitor performance, storage capacity and server health. Maintains technical documentation including SCCM / MECM process guides, patch schedules, run books, and system diagrams. Engages in continuous learning and professional development. Shares knowledge through cross-training and contributes to improvement initiatives. Other duties as assigned by management and lead staff. That's responsibilities. Benefits: The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services offers an exceptional benefits package for FTE and TGE positions that includes: Health, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance for Employee, Spouse, and Children. 15 days annual (vacation) leave per year. 15 days sick leave per year. 13 paid holidays. State Retirement Plan and Deferred Compensation Programs. Later there is another Benefits For State Employees section with more generic state benefits. We need to preserve all substantive information; but we should avoid duplication. The first benefits list is specific to the agency; the second is generic state benefits. Both are substantive. We can combine them under Benefits heading, but ensure not to duplicate. We'll include both lists. Pay: There's a line: "The established hiring range for this position is $67,728 to $89,000." That's pay info. So we need a Pay section. Schedule: There's mention: "This is an in-office role and not a telecommute or remote position." Also maybe schedule not specified beyond that. There's no explicit schedule like full-time, part-time, shift. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It only says in-office role, not telecommute. That's about location, not schedule. So we should not create Schedule section. About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph about mission, location, in-office. That could be About the role. We'll create About the role section with that content. Requirements: Minimum And Additional Requirements: "A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and experience in computer system development and modification. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered with prior State Human Resources approval." Additional Requirements: "Sitting or standing for long periods of time. Overtime and/or weekend work with Deputy approval. Lifting requirements: 25 lbs. Valid driver's license. In-office role." Also maybe other requirements like driver's license etc. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications list: "Extensive knowledge of information technology system analysis, design, testing, and maintenance techniques. Extensive knowledge of computer or network hardware, software, operating systems, programming languages, or other information technology tools/resources. Ability to solve complex problems and apply critical thinking skills to needs or problems, both individual and as part of a team. Ability to prepare status reports and complex technical reports in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work effectively with users, vendors, staff members, and other IT units. Ability to follow technical directions. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Intune/MECM co-management and autopilot Active Directory and Conditional Access PowerShell automation and scripting Security baseline enforcement and vulnerability remediation. Microsoft certifications such as: MD-102: Endpoint Administrator Associate SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator" Skills: Could be overlapping with qualifications; but we can treat Qualifications as preferred qualifications, and Skills maybe not separate. The instruction says use headings for sections like Skills if there is content. We have a list of abilities etc. Could be considered Skills. But we already have Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Might be better to put those under Qualifications. Skills maybe not needed. We'll decide to put the list of abilities under Skills? Actually the posting has "Preferred Qualifications" heading. So we can map that to Qualifications section. The "Minimum And Additional Requirements" can be Requirements. The "Ability to ..." list is part of Preferred Qualifications. So we will put them under Qualifications. We also have "System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Intune/MECM co-management and autopilot Active Directory and Conditional Access PowerShell automation and scripting Security baseline enforcement and vulnerability remediation." That's also part of preferred qualifications. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for headings. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, benefits, pay, about the role. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, supplemental questions, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines like the second Benefits For State Employees (but we need to keep its content as it's substantive). However it's generic but still substantive. We'll include it but avoid duplication with earlier benefits. We'll combine.
