About the role
Responsible for managing and maintaining operating systems (OS) across multiple environments. This includes troubleshooting issues, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in OS management or a related field
- Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems
- Experience with system administration tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure
- Experience with cloud-based services and virtualization technologies
- Knowledge of network security best practices and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in using ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) methodologies
