Systems Engineer - Hardware

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Systems Engineer to join our Mission Systems team. In this role, you will develop advanced processing hardware and subsystems, derive requirements, support product integration, and ensure technical integrity and quality of deliverables. You will utilize Digital Transformation practices such as model-based engineering, test automation, and Agile development to drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to hardware, software, and firmware development activities
• Support organizational process compliance
• Meet cost and schedule commitments
• Enhance development processes through digital tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering (or related field)
• 2+ years of experience in hardware design and systems engineering
• Hands-on hardware design and systems engineering expertise
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
