Systems Engineer - Hardware

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Systems Engineer to join the Mission Systems team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product development, including requirements derivation, hardware, software, and firmware integration.
• Support organizational process compliance and ensure technical integrity of deliverables.
• Utilize Digital Transformation tools, such as model-based engineering, test automation, and Agile practices, to drive innovation.
• Support hardware development from concept to product integration, ensuring project schedule and cost targets are met.
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines and program teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering (or related), with 2+ years of experience or a Master’s degree.
• Experience in hardware design, requirements derivation, and product integration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
