About the team
We are a team of skilled engineers specializing in delivering Level 2-3 support for Windows and Linux desktop and server environments across diverse client ecosystems. Our team provides expert assistance with Microsoft 365 products, advanced monitoring and remediation, and management of Windows, Linux, and domain controller systems. By combining technical expertise with a customer-focused approach, we ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of critical infrastructure for enterprise-level clients worldwide.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and prioritize workloads, including production escalation issues, tickets, and broader projects. A background in Microsoft Windows with experience supporting, configuring, and installing Windows Servers is required. You will also be experienced in using PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks across large IT estates and in designing, building, and supporting Citrix Desktop Virtualization environments globally.
Responsibilities
- Build and support Citrix Desktop Virtualization environments globally.
- Work with NetScaler/ADC.
- Present Citrix environments to clients as a managed service.
- Assist with the implementation and configuration of Citrix services in collaboration with the IE team.
- Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft Windows 2012, 2019, and 2022 environments.
- Ensure effective communication in a corporate environment.
- Use PowerShell scripting to automate repetitive tasks across large IT estates.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to Citrix and Windows engineering.

- VDI Skills: Terminal server, RDSH, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, apps publishing, desktop publishing, delivery groups, machine catalogues, delivery controller, StoreFront, profile management, Citrix policies setup and management, HDX/ICA protocol, TLS certificate management, monitoring and reporting with Citrix Director.
- Systems Skills: Architecture, designing, support, and maintenance of Microsoft technologies such as AD sites and forests, domain controllers (RWDC, RODC, FSMO), trust relationships, ADFS, SSO, Certificate Authority, OUs, security groups, identity management and control, GPOs, PowerShell, file servers, DFS replication and namespace, clustering setup and configuration, NLB, DNS, DHCP, Azure AD, AD Connect, service and privileged accounts management.
- Virtualization: virtual machines, virtual disks, virtual networks, cloning, sysprep, system and data recovery.
- Security: audit policies, AV setup and control, security policies, logs analysis, system hardening.
- User Environment: MFA and SSO, folder redirection, roaming profiles, Fslogix.
- Troubleshooting: OS and application troubleshooting for Windows 10, 11, 2016, 2019, 2022; Process Explorer, resource/performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience working as a Windows and Citrix Engineer.
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 2012, 2019, and 2022.
- Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Citrix environments.
- Proven ability to communicate professionally in a corporate environment.
- Experience with multiple Windows Server Operating Systems, including Windows Server 2012, 2019, and 2022.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Fuze, Jira/Confluence (advantageous).
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and network routing principles.
- Knowledge of domain controllers.
- Knowledge of Citrix StoreFront, Delivery Controller, SQL, and Citrix Licensing.
- Experience with configuration management systems.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
