Systems Engineer - CIPT/GPC

This position involves driving continuous development and model-based system engineering (MBSE) into evolving systems. The ideal candidate will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for delivering reliable, high-performance solutions that meet the rigorous demands of modern warfare.
Responsibilities

- Participate in flexible schedules with every other Friday off (9/80 schedule)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field
- Agile experience preferred
- CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards
- Creative thinker with ability to multi-task
- Ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
- Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
- Skills in JIRA, DOORS, Agile, MagicDraw/Cameo, Linux, and Wireshark
Qualifications
While not specified, applicants should have a clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, creative problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to professional development. Experience with MagicDraw/Cameo, Linux, and JIRA is preferred.

Pay
The target salary range for this position is USD $77,843.00/Yr. - USD $86,358.00/Yr.
Schedule
This position offers a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
