Systems Engineer

JOB TITLE: Systems Engineer LOCATION: Remote PAY RANGE: $50 - $55/hr. DURATION: Through 12/31/2026 POSITION SUMMARY: Provide optimum performance of infrastructure and enterprise-wide technology through the creation, advancement, and support of the technology, ensuring compatibility of design/components. This may include the operation of capacity software tools and other software and hardware monitoring tools/technologies. May perform one or more of the following:Responsible for planning, installation, testing, and maintaining infrastructure throughout the organization; aid projects in enterprise system requirements and test plan developmentContribute to system architecture planning, and policies and procedures surrounding enterprise–wide technologyDevelop guidelines for system implementation regarding maintaining system securityMonitor system performance; perform complex problem determination and resolution for systems at the different enterprise levelsConduct impact analysis regarding enterprise–wide technologyPerform capacity monitoring with various monitoring tools; provide analysis and recommendations; may assist in capacity planningSupport system integration, software, and hardware at enterprise level for optimum performanceRemain current on new technologies; introduce applicable technology in alignment with goals and for creative solutionsGuide change with a focus on optimal outcomes QUALIFICATIONS: Typically has the following skills or abilities:4+ years of related experienceKnowledge of application architecture; ability to perform job relatively independentlyPrefer capacity monitoring and planning experienceAbility to report on technical information, while tailoring to the audienceExcellent analytical and problem - solving skills for moderate problemsExcellent organization and time management skillsMeet/exceed organization's best practices, expectations, and standardsIdentify and mitigate risk(s)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to guide others regarding team self-managementAbility to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job dutiesFor remote roles (i.e., Work From Home (WFH)) or hybrid (i.e., partial onsite at the office location and WFH), must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment TECHNICAL SKILLS:AzureMicrosoft 365 AdministrationMicrosoft 365 SharePoint OnlineMicrosoft Exchange AdministrationMicrosoft TeamsSSO Configuration PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:B2B/B2B CollaborationConditional AccessIdentity Lifecycle ManagementMFA and Authentication Methods EDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience BENEFITS SUMMARY: Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
