Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Strong experience in electrical or electronic systems design and integration
- Proficiency in developing wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
- Experience with control systems, embedded systems, or automation technologies
- Solid understanding of signal flow, power distribution, and component interoperability
- Programming experience for system control or automation
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, routers, switches, communication protocols)
- Experience supporting presales engineering, solution design, or technical scoping is a plus
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills across hardware and software systems
- Able to manage multiple projects and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and architect integrated systems based on technical requirements and use cases
- Specify components, materials, and system configurations to meet performance and reliability goals
- Develop detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system documentation
- Configure, program, and validate control systems or automation logic where applicable
- Analyze and manage interactions between hardware, software, and networked components
- Conduct system testing, validation, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and scalability
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide support to internal teams and field operations
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful delivery
- Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, configurations, and engineering standards
- Contribute to the development of internal tools, automation scripts, and workflows to improve efficiency
