Responsibilities
- Develop system level features that describe MEI and CSCI behavior, performance, and acceptance criteria necessary to provide guidance for software implementation.
- Lead reviews and adjudicate comments made against the features.
- Use an MBSE approach to document the features using an Agile workflow.
Qualifications
- US Citizen and able to work on-site at the customer location in Huntsville, AL.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field; or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
- 10 or more years of system engineering experience.
- IBCSE (Information Assurance Certification and Training Program) experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: tactical command and control systems, tactical weapons systems, tactical sensor systems, software, hardware, requirements decomposition, or MBSE tools and languages.
- Employment history of taking initiative and being a team player in a small, Agile team environment and being willing to engage various levels of stakeholders to ensure that software is capable of meeting the needs of the intended users.
- Active US Secret clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment.
