Systems Engineer

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product engineering to create and execute reliability plans, supporting analysis to ensure all requirements are met for new products.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives by identifying product problems, analyzing root causes, developing corrective actions, and verifying effective resolutions.
- Conduct reliability testing on both new and existing products to identify failure modes; utilize statistical data analysis, regression modeling, and forecasting techniques.
- Participate in design and reliability reviews, recommending changes to strengthen design robustness and support qualification of new technologies and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Electrical, Mechanical, Bioengineering, or Software Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Expertise in design quality, reliability, and safety/compliance for regulated industries, with experience in medical device regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis, regression modeling, Weibull Analysis, hazard analysis, reliability growth assessment, and warranty trend analysis.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in design quality, quality engineering, or reliability; Certified Reliability Engineer and Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.
