Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra)
- Manage MFA, conditional access, licensing, and security policies
- Troubleshoot collaboration, Enterprise Applications and authentication issues
- Deploy and manage Azure resources including VMs, networking, container apps and storage containers
- Support hybrid environments and cloud migrations
- Manage Microsoft Active Directory deployment and group policies
- Administer VMware and Azure hosted VMs
- Perform patching, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Administer and support SQL databases that underpin enterprise applications
- Working knowledge of SQL database technology
- Configure and support networking technologies (switches, routers, wireless, and firewalls)
- Manage VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years experience in systems engineering, including cloud infrastructure
