Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain requirements documentation and traceability matrices
- Sustain technical integration planning across GPU infrastructure, facilities, and communications
- Conduct technical risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for aggressive schedule
- Support test and evaluation planning for AI R&D capability validation and use case demonstrations
- Develop interface control documents for multi-agency integration and cross-domain connectivity
- Support configuration management for evolving AI/ML environments and model -agnostic infrastructure
- Coordinate Government Furnished Equipment/Information (GFE/GFx) requirements
- Prepare technical assessments and recommendation briefs for leadership
- Support post award orientation activities and initial design reviews
- Cover technical reviews across organizations
- Sustain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and milestone tracking
Qualifications
- Active TS SCI w/Poly clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or Master’s degree with 7+ years of related experience
- 9+ years of experience in systems engineering processes (requirements, integration, T&E)
- Experience with technical risk management for rapid deployment programs
- Experience with requirements traceability and management tools
- Experience with interface management across complex systems and multi-agency environments
- Experience with configuration management
- Experience with technical documentation and briefing development
- Experience with schedule management and critical path analysis
- Experience with GFE/GFx coordination
- 5+ years of supporting complex systems integration programs, preferably with rapid deployment experience
Pay
Target salary range: $140,000 - $180,000
