Systems Engineer

Systems Engineer OverviewAn organization is seeking a Systems Engineer to support enterprise cloud technologies, business applications, automation initiatives, and IT infrastructure operations. This individual will help improve system reliability, streamline operational processes, and support ongoing technology modernization efforts across the organization. ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support enterprise cloud and collaboration platformsDevelop and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiencySupport identity and access management initiativesManage endpoint technologies and related platform servicesAssist with system integrations and application support effortsMonitor platform performance, availability, and operational healthTroubleshoot infrastructure, cloud, and application-related issuesCreate and maintain technical documentation and operational proceduresCollaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders on technology initiativesIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational excellence Required Qualifications3+ years of experience supporting cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology environmentsExperience administering cloud-based platforms and business applicationsExperience with workflow automation and low-code application developmentKnowledge of identity management and endpoint administrationExperience with scripting or automation toolsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience with infrastructure automation or configuration managementExposure to cloud governance, security, or compliance initiativesExperience supporting enterprise-scale technology environmentsFamiliarity with IT service management processes and toolsRelevant cloud, infrastructure, or security certificationsInterest in emerging technologies and continuous improvement initiatives Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
