Systems Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve existing software platforms by developing new workflows and integrations
• Continually exploit and improve intelligent automation where possible
• Assist citizen developers when automation integrates with internal platforms or when their needs exceed their capabilities
• Experiment with new technologies and explore innovative ideas to augment employees' use of technology

Qualifications

• Broad experience deploying and supporting multiple application platforms, including Sharepoint, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Tableau, Wrike, ServiceNow
• Tenacity in tackling complex technical issues, even after others might have given up
• A passion for high-quality work and a relentless drive for continuous improvement
• The ability to translate complex problems into understandable language for a non-technical audience, both in writing and verbally
• A robust technical foundation that allows addressing intriguing business challenges
• The ability to build durable relationships grounded in trust and accountability

Pay
