Systems Engineer
About the role
The ideal candidate will leverage their engineering expertise to contribute to the development of advanced electronic systems. They will interface with customers for technical collaboration and system integration efforts, foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and perform test and evaluation tasks.
Responsibilities
- Interface with customers for technical collaboration and system integration efforts
- Foster a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform test and evaluation efforts in support of system level testing
- Develop and maintain test documentation and procedures
- Troubleshoot hardware and software related bugs
- Verify and Validate bug resolution
- Manage hardware and software configurations
- Install and maintain hardware and software
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
- Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience.
- Agile experience preferred.
- Experience with AN/BYG-1 or Fire Control.
Clearance Requirements
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Pay
Target salary range: USD $95,374.00/Yr. - USD $105,806.00/Yr.

This position is fully on-site. While on-site, you will be a part of the Middletown, RI facility. Target salary range: USD $95,374.00/Yr. - USD $105,806.00/Yr.
