- 8+ years of experience performing systems engineering on space, ground, software, or hardware system Major Defense Acquisition Programs
- 8+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews such as MRR, TRR, FQT, FCA, and PCA
- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and test (SEIT), including development and verification of functional and performance system-level requirements
- Knowledge of contracting and compliance requirement pertaining to DFARS and FARS, with ACQ 1010
- Ability to lead systems engineering activities and collaborate in cross-functional team meetings and task execution across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
- Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, contribute to the DoD mission, and learn and solve problems quickly and creatively
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with government clients, stakeholders, and vendor teammates
Responsibilities
You’ll lead systems engineers while collaborating with acquisition integrators across IPTs. Focus on GPS user equipment across various stakeholders.
- Leverage expertise in systems engineering, including requirements development, integration, testing, and performance verification for Major Defense Acquisition Programs
- Lead system-level design, technical evaluations, and support program reviews to achieve major milestones, including MRR, TRR, FQT, and FCA or PCA
- Evaluate acquisition documents to ensure compliance with government requirements, processes, and policies
- Apply technical expertise to identify, assess, and mitigate risk, and provide solutions to existing issues across systems engineering activities
Requirements
You Have:
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
Nice If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with GPS or user equipment
- Experience working with SRR, SDR, SFR, PDR, and CDRE
- Experience with software programs utilizing Agile methodologies
- Experience working with software factories or DevSecOps pipelines
- Experience with DoDI 5000.02, 5000.80, 5000.85, and 5000.87, and the OTA process
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
- Agile Certification such as CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP, or ICP Certification
- INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
