Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering support to a customer Enterprise Functional Team (EFT), including architecture development, requirements management, risk management, testing, interface management, and configuration control.
• Support the EFT Lead and EFT LSE in managing, programmatic, and technical reviews of processes, procedures, and proposed technical implementations.
• Develop and maintain the IC Enterprise Compliance Support Architecture, including its initial implementation and extension across the entire IC and into individual IC elements as needed.
• Evaluate the current IC Enterprise Compliance Support Architecture against requirements and processes, and propose necessary changes to enable data capture and access across the IC.
• Document, evolve, maintain, and publish the IC Enterprise Compliance Support Architecture, including identifying and utilizing compliance tools to ensure interoperability within the corporate compliance architecture environment.
• Develop and execute a testing program for systems development and modifications as necessary to support compliance activities associated with section 2.3 implementation.
• Manage the requirements process for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project goals.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, with at least 20 years of systems engineering experience. A Master's degree or PhD may substitute for two years of experience, while a high school diploma or GED combined with 24 years of experience is also acceptable. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with a solid understanding of systems integration and familiarity with EO 12333, are essential. The position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to a dynamic and high-profile work environment, and manage complex projects within tight deadlines.
