Active TS/SCI W/ Polygraph Required. Education/Experience: A High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general system engineering experience. OR A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience. OR A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience. OR A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience. Required Skills: Deep understanding of SAFe principles, practices, and competencies at the Solution Train level Expert knowledge of Agile Release Train operations and coordination Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and DevSecOps practices Understanding of Lean Portfolio Management and Value Stream concepts Knowledge of system requirements management, interface control and configuration management Experience with requirements traceability, verification, and validation approaches Proficiency with configuration management and version control systems Experience with collaboration tools supporting distributed teams (MS Teams, Confluence, SharePoint) Ability to create technical diagrams and visualizations Familiarity with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera) Exceptional facilitation skills for large, diverse audiences across multiple organizations Proven servant leadership mindset with demonstrated coaching ability Ability to lead without authority and influence across organizational boundaries Experience facilitating consensus-building and conflict resolution in complex environments Capability to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent activities and stakeholder groups Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
