Systems Engineer 3 (Scrum Coach) with Security Clearance

About the role

Responsible for leading Agile development teams using Scrum methodologies. Ensures security clearance is maintained and adhered to throughout project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile development teams using Scrum methodologies
• Ensure all team members adhere to security protocols and maintain security clearances
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum events
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Work closely with customers to understand requirements and ensure successful project outcomes
• Document project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering or related field
• Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with security clearance management
