Systems Architect - Secret Clearance

About the role

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT systems and architectures. Ensures compliance with security policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure IT systems and architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications
• Conduct security assessments and risk analyses
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT architecture and design
• Secret clearance required
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with system integration and interoperability
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Experience with DevSecOps practices

Skills

• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, etc.
• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)
• Experience with network protocols and security tools
• Good understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
