Systems Architect

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud and data security solutions in regulated environments
• Arcitect and automate CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) deployments
• Collaborate with cloud engineering, infrastructure, application, and risk management teams
• Integrate security controls throughout the software development lifecycle
• Support cloud-native applications and data pipelines across AWS and Azure environments
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, platform, and security-related issues
• Assist with the implementation of identity, access management, and encryption solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies, cloud security, or data engineering
• Experience supporting end-to-end application development and deployment
• Experience working in multi-cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, etc.)
• Experience with AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Files, and cloud-based data platforms
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Experience with encryption, secret management, and data protection controls
• Knowledge of securing data at rest and data in transit
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with microservices and serverless architectures
• Cloud security and architecture certifications
• Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, OSCP, or Data Engineer certifications
• Experience supporting highly regulated environments
• Self-starter with strong critical thinking abilities
• Ability to solve complex technical and security challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
• Continuous learning mindset and passion for cloud security

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $70.00 and $83.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
