About the role

This position is responsible for designing enhancements and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements. You will serve as a technical designer to identify the best solution and resulting technical specifications within the limits of the code environment, linking business analyst needs and architect definition to technical solutions.

• Act as a technical designer to identify the best solution and define technical specifications.
• Collaborate in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features.
• Deliver software in an Agile environment.
• Analyze and query data using SOQL or SQL, Excel, Workbench, DataLoader, Demand Tools, or similar tools.
• Use migration tools like Copado to support releases.
• Build consensus among business stakeholders on process and technology topics.
• Research, document, and review existing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of Information Technology experience, OR
• Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 years of Information Technology experience, OR
• 6 years of Information Technology experience.
• Knowledge of application configuration.
• Business or systems analyst experience and Salesforce Administration or Development experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and other Salesforce product areas (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud desirable).
• Strong understanding of solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Vlocity, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Flexcards, Integration procedures, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning components, LWC, and Salesforce workflows/Flows.
• Data analysis experience involving querying and uploading data using SOQL or SQL, Excel, Workbench, DataLoader, Demand Tools, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Copado and other migration tools to support releases.
• Experience delivering software in an Agile environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to understand objectives, use cases, and requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to research, document, and review existing systems.
• Ability to build consensus among business stakeholders on process and technology topics.
• Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOAP/REST).
• Knowledge of SDLC Methodology (Agile/Scrum/Iterative Development).
• Experience with system performance management.
• Conceptual, creative, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related Information Technology field.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies including AWS, Java and web services, and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JSON, Ajax, Angular.js).

Pay

$61,500.00 - $136,100.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
