About the role
The Systems Analyst performs customer requirement analysis for existing or proposed systems to determine feasibility and objectives of requests. Primary Duties include: Design or modify system and prepares reports, schedules, data requirements, security access rules and system constraints. Write, debug and test programs and procedures. Install system and train customer to use new or changed applications. Study existing information systems to evaluate effectiveness and develop new systems where appropriate. Assist junior level programmers/analysts in resolution of work problems related to project and/or programming specifications. Direct on-site customer interface for program guidance, testing, systems analysis, and other system related tasks as needed. Prepare detailed documented requirements for selected activities (i.e., data management, configuration management, program management, etc.). May provide administrative support to project management staff in customer meetings, presentations and briefings. Maintain and establish a filing system for correspondence, project status report, and other technical documentation for tracking and inventory control. Comply with hardware and software systems standards and procedures. May provide informal training in implementing software programs based on user requirements. Assist in the preparation and production of technical reports, progress reports, data requirements and system constraints for technical presentations, meetings and customer briefings. Provide support in the development of technical proposal and provide input on the technical content and level of effort of the proposed scope of work.

Requirements
- 5 years of job-related experience.
- 2 years supporting an DoD Army Aviation Contract in a similar role.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 applications.
- Experience with Aircraft Notebook (ACN), AUDS and GCSS-Army.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen for facility credentials/authorization at this work site.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of systems analysis and design methodologies.
