Systems Analyst

About the role

The Systems Analyst at Career Team is responsible for leading complex projects with clients, designing and building high-quality software solutions, and working closely with clients to understand their requirements. This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects and priorities, communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams, and navigate the nuances between product changes and customizations.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex projects with clients, utilizing high levels of communication and strong expectation setting
• Leading internal resources to design and build high quality software solutions
• Working closely with clients to build strong relationships and deeply understand their requirements
• Working with software development teams to design and build solutions matching requirements
• Creatively balance client’s stated needs with capabilities of our Cloud native SaaS platform

Requirements

• Analytical Skills: Ability to translate client requirements into actionable development stories.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both clients and internal teams, including executives.
• Innovation Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, client-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Benefits

• Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 USD per year, commensurate with education and experience
