SYSTEMS ANALYST II, FCH - IT - BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

About the role

The organization is part of a regional health network that combines healthcare delivery, medical research, and education. This network includes multiple hospitals, physicians, and health centers serving patients across the Midwest and the nation. It operates an academic medical center and an adult Level I Trauma center, engaging in numerous clinical trials and studies. The Systems Analyst II supports system life cycle processes within a collaborative team environment. This role contributes to the planning, analysis, design, development, integration, testing, maintenance, and support of assigned systems or applications. It may also involve leading small projects or initiatives, ensuring that system solutions effectively support organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform system analysis and design tasks using defined methodologies
• Build, integrate, and test applications and supporting infrastructure
• Maintain and support assigned systems or applications
• Complete assigned project work and potentially lead smaller projects or initiatives
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of related work experience
• Knowledge of computing principles typically acquired through a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under high-pressure situations
• Self-motivated with the ability to operate under limited supervision
• Willingness to learn and improve

Pay

Pay is expected to be between $28.42 and $48.62 per hour, with final compensation based on experience
